Commodore Saurabh Agrawal Engages with Civilian Personnel at Andaman and Nicobar Command

Port Blair, August 20, 2024: Commodore Saurabh Agrawal, Cmde (CP)-II from the Directorate of Civilian Personnel, Naval Headquarters (NHQ), visited the Andaman and Nicobar Command (ANC) to engage with civilian personnel as part of the ongoing initiatives under the “Year of Naval Civilians.”

During his visit, Commodore Agrawal interacted with the civilian workforce at Naval Ship Repair Yard (NSRY) Port Blair and Military Office (MO) Port Blair. He addressed various queries and concerns raised by the staff, providing valuable insights and solutions to the issues discussed. The engagement focused on enhancing the welfare and working conditions of civilian personnel, reflecting the Navy’s commitment to their integral role within the command.

In addition to addressing the civilian staff, Commodore Agrawal also held discussions with the heads of these units, fostering a collaborative environment for continuous improvement. Shri Ranjith Paithara, Senior Staff Officer (Civilian) [SSO(Civ)], Headquarters Andaman and Nicobar Command (HQANC), accompanied him during the visit and the interactions.
